Guide to help you Repurpose Your Wedding Day Flowers

Updated: Nov 24, 2021

BEST FLOWERS TO USE

It's a good idea to use flowers that are tough and will stand up to the job. Some flowers will bruise easily from a slight knock. Other flowers have a tendency to shatter if brushed the wrong way, and some tall long flowers snap easily if caught by accident.

Roses, Alstroemeria, Gypsophila, Eustoma, Statice, Eryngium, Carnations, Astrantia, Spray Roses, and Hypericum berries are a few good flowers to use.

DISPLAYS THAT CAN BE MOVED

*Long and low registrar florals to the top table

*Ceremony Arch flowers to a staircase or top table

*Aisle flowers to table arrangements

*Fireplace arrangement to window sill

*Ceremony moon arch to top table backdrop

*Pedestal arrangements from church to the Venue

*Ceremony columns to Marquee entrance

*Floor standing aisle flowers to hanging flowers

*Floor standing aisle flowers to staircase

There are so many different ways that you can REPURPOSE your flowers.

WHY ITS KIND TO YOUR BUDGET

*There is no point leaving flowers hanging around waiting for their one moment to shine.

*Use them all throughout your day to get more bang for you buck. The pictures afterwards will thank you for it.

*You will be able to either cut your costs or reuse the money into less items but with a bigger display.

*It makes sense to ask your groomsmen and bridesmaids to help you on the day to move displays around... Often your catering team are keen to help you too.
