Pricing & Quotations
Quoted prices are based on delivering all of the prescribed scope of works in the quotation. Prices on individual items may vary if scope is changed, removed or added (due to minimum flower order quantities).
Availability of Supplies and Resources - We do our upmost to source quality flowers, equipment and supplies quoted. In the event that these become unavailable, we will do our upmost to find suitable alternatives. We cannot be held responsible for lack of resource availability, especially with seasonal flowering.
Minimum Turnover spend for the event is £500 total.

All Parties (and where relevant indirectly their Suppliers and Guests) will operate in the spirit of mutual trust and collaboration.

B&F reserves the right to cancel any function or event for any of the following reasons:
a) If the Customer or B&F enters into liquidation or receivership or becomes insolvent.
b) If the event may or is prejudicing the reputation or cause damage to B&F or its Staff or Suppliers.
In any of these situations B&F will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the client.
Cancellation charges will be applied within 14 days of the event, which reflect the costs and expenses we have incurred plus OH&P, and the reduced time available to us to obtain any alternative bookings.
The Deposit paid is non-refundable, non-transferable regardless of the length of time prior to the event if you decide to cancel, except with the express permission of the Director of B&F.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Only once written cancellation is received will the cancellation become effective.
B&F cannot under any circumstance be held responsible in any way for any unfavourable weather conditions that may arise. Where possible the event may be moved to an alternative venue after written confirmation from the Director. The Company reserves the right to charge any additional costs.



Some products, flowers, or plants may be harmful or poisonous. If you require further information before submitting a booking please contact us using the contact form.

B&F reserves the right to charge the full replacement cost of any equipment lost or damaged by you or any guest, plus a small reasonable admin fee.
B&F reserves the right to charge additional fees for extra equipment hire as may be necessary as a direct result of event alterations made by the Customer. You will be notified, in writing, at the earliest possible convenience.

Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to the event.
B&F reserves the right to not deliver the event and still receive full payment for the event, if full payment has not been received at least 7 days prior to the event date.

Submission of changes prior to the event
All changes need to be submitted and confirmed 6 weeks prior to the event. If this is not provided with sufficient time, B&F reserves the right to refuse the changes and deliver the existing scope of works.

We advise all our clients to have wedding insurance.
We will hold valid Public Liability Insurance at the time of your event.
